Shipping, Returns & Repair
At FERAL, we work with limited-production objects, unique pieces and materials developed through our own research and experimentation processes.
Below you will find information about the delivery, return and care of our pieces.
Shipping
We ship to Spain and selected European Union destinations enabled during checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed before the order is confirmed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Products available for immediate purchase have already been manufactured. Preparation and delivery times will be communicated during checkout or in the relevant order confirmation.
Delivery times identified as estimates may vary due to logistical circumstances. We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates unless expressly agreed.
Unless a different period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the statutory maximum of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
Tracking information will be provided where available through the selected delivery service.
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact info@designingferal.com
Returns
If you purchase as a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal without providing a reason, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
To request a return, notify us of your decision at info@designingferal.com before the withdrawal period expires. You may also use the withdrawal form available in our Terms & Conditions.
Once you have notified us, you must send the product back within the following 14 calendar days.
The direct shipping costs of voluntary returns are borne by the customer. FERAL does not offer free collection services for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend packaging the piece carefully to protect it during transportation. The customer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Unique and limited-edition pieces remain subject to the same statutory right of withdrawal unless a legally recognised exception applies.
Before returning an item, please contact us to confirm the return address and allow us to identify your return.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all amounts required by law, including the original standard delivery costs where applicable.
Additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery option voluntarily selected by the customer will not be refunded where permitted by law.
Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until the product has been received or sufficient evidence of its return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless another legally valid arrangement is expressly agreed.
Unique Pieces and Material Variations
Many FERAL pieces emerge from experimental processes and feature distinctive material characteristics.
Variations in colour, texture, transparency, thickness or finish may occur between pieces belonging to the same collection or family.
Where properly described and forming part of the product’s agreed characteristics, these variations do not, in themselves, constitute defects.
Material characteristics do not restrict the customer’s statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity.
Defective Products and Statutory Warranty
If your piece arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact info@designingferal.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Photographs, where possible, will help us assess the situation.
Products are covered by the applicable statutory guarantee of conformity. For consumer goods sold under Spanish law, FERAL is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery.
Where a lack of conformity exists, the applicable statutory remedies will be provided free of charge to the consumer, including necessary transportation costs.
Damage resulting exclusively from accidents, impacts or improper use is not covered by the statutory guarantee where it does not arise from a lack of conformity attributable to the seller.
Repairs and Care
We believe in preserving objects and extending their useful life.
If a piece requires attention, you may contact us with a description of the issue and photographs.
Outside our obligations under the statutory guarantee, repair requests will be assessed individually, depending on technical feasibility and the availability of materials and components.
Voluntary repairs are not guaranteed and may be subject to costs communicated and accepted in advance.
Transportation costs associated with voluntary repairs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
FERAL does not guarantee the indefinite availability of materials, components or repair services.
